KEVIN CLIB, OWNER

Kevin Clib has a destiny, and that destiny is culinary bliss. "I've known since I was twelve or thirteen that my destiny is to make people happy through food," says the entrepreneur/restaurateur. Ever since he bought and rehabilitated a block of buildings on West Butler Pike and opened a tavern, and an upscale steakhouse, Clib's destiny has become entwined with Ambler's. The restaurateur who saved Ambler is continuing his mission with an expansion of Bridgets Modern Steakhouse in the heart of the charming, historic town.
